Is a dreamland

It’s a culling of doubt

A carving of the landscape

For more dreams to grow

Of words I will never say

In the way that I think them

Maybe one day

This exact scenario

Will come to pass

But that day

Has not yet arrived

And the question is

Do I want it to?

Or do I want to leave it
